Our Free Intro class is designed to give you a taste of the “CrossFit experience” – you’ll go through a warm-up, a strength session (depending on the WOD), and then a “WOD” (workout of the day). There will even be time after class for a little Q&A. You should expect to be here for about 60 minutes, maybe more depending on the size of the class.

When you join Old Colony CrossFit, we’re not going to let you just jump right in. Nope – you gotta learn to walk before you can run! The On-Ramp Program is designed as an introduction to CrossFit – the workouts, terminology, movements and most importantly, technique!

I will admit it was NOT love at first WOD ! But for some reason I kept showing up, it was the best decision I could have made. After 3 months at old colony I already see a difference in my body. I worked with trainers for years and didn't see this change. The love ,caring,and support you get from everyone you meet in the box is amazing!
