Strength: Deadlifts 5 x 5 (70% – 80% 1RM)
**build up to 5 WORK sets of 5 reps.
If you do not have a 1RM see your coach.

1 TTB
*perform until you can’t complete reps in time allotted.

    this WOD was really tough…..just sayin’…i know, it’s supposed to be tough but you’d like to think you can get your toes to the bar more than actually occurs….UGH……
