Today we Snatch!! Quick review of the Burgener warm-up and snatch transfer drills, then we’ll grab a bar and do some work with a few versions of the Snatch.

1 Rope Climb
2 Laps around building
3 KB Snatches (each arm)
4 Box Jump Overs
5 Ring Push-Ups
6 Burpees
7 Ring Reach-Outs
8 KB Swings
9 Ball Slams
10 Pull-Ups
**30 minute time limit**
