Today is “big lift make-up day”.

From the following list pick a lift that you have yet to perform a 1RM test:
Back Squat
Press
Bench Press
Deadlift

Take 20 minutes and WORK UP to finding a 1RM (rep max).

AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
200m Row
6 Push-Ups
4 Pull-Ups
2 HSPU
