Snatch

If you have not been in on Sunday for the introduction to the Snatch, you should definitely try to make it! Today we’ll be working on the full Snatch movement. We’ll start with PVC and progress to using the training bars, possibly adding some weight.

Teams of Two:

Partner A – run 300m
Partner B – KB Swings
Partner A – run 300m
Partner B – Push-Press
Partner A – run 300m
Partner B – Box Jumps
Partner A – run 300m
Partner B – Push-Ups
