In teams of two complete total reps for the following:

100 Wall Balls
100 Ab Mat Sit-Ups
100 Sledge Hammer Hits
100 Push-Ups
100 Calorie Row

While partner A is working, partner B MUST HOLD a 16Kg KB – chest height – and vice-versa.
