Mini WOD #1:
7 Minutes: Burpees/Russian KB swings > both partners work at same time, switching as needed
Mini WOD #2:
5 Rounds: 1 minute Ab Mat Sit-ups/1 min max Push-Ups > both partners work at same time
Mini WOD #3:
3 minutes: Row for max calories > partners alternate as needed
