Row Sprints
Rest as long as it takes you to do the sprint (ratio = 1:1):
125m, 250m, 500m, 1000m
*remember, these are SPRINTS – we’re looking for a max effort here!

WOD B:
Accumulate 2 minutes of each:
Front Plank, Side Plank (r/l), Hollow Hold
