AMRAP 20 minutes:
Run 1 lap, 5 Rope Climbs
Run 2 laps, 5 Rope Climbs
Run 3 laps, 5 Rope Climbs…

    insanely tough…..physically & mentally (the latter more so for me…..)
    4 rounds…had decent attempts at every round…got half way up twice….
    then ran 2 laps in to round 5…..

    Not gonna lie, that was tough. Got through 4 full rounds + 3 laps. Each round I did 2 rope climbs and 3 modified rope climbs. Wear your long socks!
