Teams of 2:
Station 1:
150 Ring Push-Ups
One person works, the other jumps rope. Switch as needed.
Station 2:
150 KBS (44/35/26)
One person works, the other holds their KB at chest height. Dropping KB below chest height results in a 3 burpee penalty (per person!).
Station 3:
150 Box Jumps (24/20)
One person works, the other holds front plank. No penalty for dropping plank, but you must switch upon dropping.
Station 4:
150 Pull-Ups
One person works, the other holds loaded barbell (135#/95#). No penalty for dropping bar, but you must switch upon dropping.
