7 Rounds for time:
30s Max Box Jumps (24/20)
60s Max Dip Hold
90s Max DU’s/SU’s
*rest 90s minutes between rounds

For the max dip hold – set up two 30″ boxes with a parallette on each box (parallettes are the white things hanging above the bathroom!). Approach like you were going to do a dip and lockout your elbows; hold lockout as long as possible, or up to 60 seconds. Reset if needed if you drop and the 60s is not up.
