20 Minutes – as many cards as possible

Deck of Cards:
Heart = Wall Balls 20/14
Diamond = GHD Sit-ups
Club = Ring Rows
Spade = Push-Ups

For reps – each card is face value (2-10 reps), Jack/Queen/King = 10 reps, Ace = 11 reps.

Flip one card at a time. If you get a joker, the next card you flip is double reps!
