Start with the burpees, after 1 minute stop and do the wall balls, pick up where you left off for another minute, after a minute stop and do wall balls…continue on until you’ve completed the last set of burpees.
9:45 RX’d… Mike got me by 7 seconds. This was a great total body workout; the first set of burpees seemed easy; the second set (after 50 wall balls and 25 power cleans) were BRUTAL!
BEAST!!!
