November Deadlift Challenge!!

Who wants a free turkey?!?!

During the week of November 16 – 22 we’ll be holding a deadlift challenge.

The details of the deadlift challenge are as follows:
1. Load a barbell with your body weight – men use a Rogue bar, women use a Bella bar.
2. You must use a double overhand grip – the switch grip is not allowed.
3. You must DEADLIFT the bar from the floor and then hold it in full extension for as long as possible.
4. Elbows must be locked out and spine must be neutral – no leaning back; bar must not “rest” on thighs.
5. You must complete the challenge in the presence of a coach.

The winner will receive a $50 Stop-N-Shop gift card.
