Perform the following sequence without putting the bar down:
Power Snatch x1
OHS x2

The clock will be set for 20 minutes. Take your time and work up to a heavy, but perfect set. Rest as needed.

This WOD is NOT for time, or reps, or rounds – today is ALL ABOUT TECHNIQUE and working within yourself on 2 difficult movements.
