Death By Push-Up
Minute 1: 1 Push-up
Minute 2: 2 Push-Ups
Continue until you cannot complete the work/time.

Let’s focus on push-up technique during this WOD:
1. Tight core – should be in a “plank” position throughout the entire movement.
2. Elbows tucked – watch that flair!!
3. Chest touches the floor first.
4. Limit the extension in the lower back – you should not look like you’re doing the worm! 🙂
