Same weight, more work, and took almost 2 minutes off my time. Plus I started today with 50 front squats. I’d say that’s stronger!

Huh, CrossFit doesn’t make you stronger they say…I took 1:04 off my last time, did more weight and did more work…in less time. Screw the naysayers – keep on keeping on people!
