If you are stuck at home…
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Reps of:
Burpees
Lunges (R/L = 1 rep)
HSPU (use your coffee table as a “box” to modify HSPU)
Do each round before moving on to the next rep, so 10 burpees 10 lunges (that’s 20 really), 10 HSPU…then 9 of each, etc.
I did the Burpees, lunges and hspu…..after shoveling snow for 20 minutes as warm up. Great fun!
