5 Rope Climbs
*break up the KBS reps as needed; do the rope climbs whenever during the KBS
*if you scale the rope climbs:
-10 ring rows for each rope climb (make the ring rows HARD!)
-5 lying-to-standing rope climbs for each rope climb
