1 DB High Pull R
1 DB Snatch R
Max Double-Unders for the rest of the minute
Minute 2
1 DB High Pull L
1 DB Snatch L
Max Double-Unders for the rest of the minute
Minute 3:
2 DB High Pull R
2 DB Snatch R
Max Double-Unders for the rest of the minute
Minute 4:
2 DB High Pull L
2 DB Snatch L
Max Double-Unders for the rest of the minute
……
*Keep adding 1 rep until you cannot complete reps in the minute – which means you don’t perform double-unders
*Perform the high pull/snatch together – so high pull then snatch = 1 for two reps do high pull/snatch, high pull/snatch
*DB must touch floor for each rep of each movement
*No weight designated – work on technique with the high pull but go heavy enough so that it’s “moderate”.
