15.1 is DONE! Shout out to everyone who completed this workout! Whether you were signed up for the Open or not you gave it 110% and most, if not ALL OF YOU hit PR’s in the Clean & Jerk. It sure was fun to watch, but for us coaches it’s more enjoyable for us to see the results of your hard work, and to be part of your success. We look forward to 15.2 and more PR’s!!
