Every other minute on the minute:

Barbell Row
Perform 10 Reps (they do not have to be unbroken, but should be completed within the minute); rest the following minute and then perform the next set.
*use weight from 7/21/15
Finish with Good Mornings: 3 sets of 8 reps
*warm-up two sets on the good mornings, and use an appropriate weight that challenges you for 8 reps.
