AMRAP 18 Minutes:
1x Squat Clean
1x Split Jerk
Add 1 rep to each movement each round
at minute 3 stop and row 200m
rest until minute 5 and continue AMRAP
at minute 8 stop and row 200m
rest until minute 10 and continue AMRAP
at minute 13 stop and row 200m
rest until minute 15 and continue AMRAP until minute 18
**remember to add 1 rep to each movement throughout AMRAP**
