Start with a 1.5 lap run
12 Bar Facing Burpees
6 Power Cleans 105/65
6 Push Press (Same)
6 Back Squat (Same)
Rest two minutes and then repeat the 6 min AMRAP
*you will only run ONCE per 6 minute AMRAP
