For time:
In teams of 2 with each athlete performing all the reps/work:
Row 1000m
*partner 1 rows 1000m, when complete, partner 2 starts the row and partner 1 starts:
21x Deadlift (225/185)
*partner 2 must complete 21 deadlifts before moving on to:
Run 800m
*both partners must run the 800m TOGETHER
Then each partner performs:
21x Squat Clean (135/95)
*switch as needed – only 1 person may work at a time; two bars are allowed
Row 1000m –
*partner 1 (or 2) rows 1000m, when complete, partner 2 (or 1) starts the row and partner 1 starts:
21x Thrusters (95/55)
*partner 2 must complete 21 thrusters before moving on to:
Run 800m
*both partners must run the 800m TOGETHER
Then each partner performs:
21x KBS (72/54)
Then:
Row 1000m
