There will be two heats tonight:
WOD #1
2 Minute AMRAP:
Partner Deadlift
225 (M & F) / 185 (F & F)
3 Minute AMRAP:
Med Ball Toss > Length of bar 14# for all
4 Minute AMRAP:
Lateral burpees over the bar
“You-go-I-go”
Score is total reps completed for all 3 AMRAPs
Heat 1 will rest while heat 2 performs the first WOD, then:
WOD #2
3 RFT:
12 Box Jumps 24/20
9 Push-Ups
6 Alt. Lunges w/ KB 54/35
Each partner must complete one full round before the other partner can begin working…
Score is total time for both partners to complete 3 rounds
