OCCF is pleased to announce our second installment of The 6 Week Challenge.
If you’ve been thinking about trying CrossFit, this your chance! The 6 week Challenge is a comprehensive introduction to CrossFit. The Challenge classes are designed to teach you the movements and skills performed in CrossFit classes and improve your strength and conditioning.

Challenge classes meet 3x per week for 6 weeks.
The 6 week program includes:
– 3 classes per week, with multiple class time options
– Before & after measurements
– Nutritional guidance/meal planning
– Qualified coaching
– All the benefits of being part of the OCCF CrossFit Community
The program begins May 28 (Saturday) and the cost is $250.00.
This program is designed for anyone – whether you’re new to CrossFit or just starting your fitness journey!
For this challenge we are looking for people:
Willing to commit to working hard and training at our facility 3 days per week.
Enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at a CrossFit gym is positive and infectious.
Committed to the entire 6 weeks of the challenge. The first week is going to be tough, but it gets easier the more you come.
Willing to leave your ego at the home. This is a place where hard work is respected and where no one judges you. The workouts can be humbling but we’re all in the same boat!
Willing to commit to the discipline of the nutrition plan. This is critical. You cannot out train crappy nutrition. You’ll see results faster if you dial-in your nutrition.
Respect the community, culture and rules of the gym; will listen to the coaches; give 100% during every class.
Participants in the the 6 Week Challenge can pick from one of the following groups of classes:
Group A: Monday – Wednesday – Friday: 6:30am
Group B: Saturday 7am; Monday 6:30pm; Wednesday 6:30pm
