90 Ab Mat Sit-ups
80 Wall Balls 20/14
70 Box Jumps 24/20
60 KBS 54/35
50 Burpees
40 Power Cleans 105/70
30 Front Squats 105/70
20 STO 105/70
10 Partner Deadlifts 225/185
*you may split up the work any way you want but both partners must perform at least 10 reps of each movement!
*Power Cleans, Front Squats and STO will be taken from the floor!
*For the partner deadlift – both partners will lift the bar simultaneously. Weight for the deadlift must be added to one of the two bars used for the PC/FS/STO movements.
