Set the rower for single distance countdown from 2000m
On minute 1, exit the rower and perform 3 burpees, get back on the rower and continue to minute 2 and perform 4 burpees
-Keep adding 1 burpee every minute until the 2k row is complete
-If you cannot complete the burpees before the next minute starts you are done, HOWEVER if you are still in it after doing the round of 10 burpees start back down the ladder subtracting 1 burpee every time you exit the rower.
So:
3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
