50 Strict Pull-Ups
Every time you rest perform:
15 Unbroken Wall Balls 20/14
If you break the Wall Balls perform 10 burpees after completing the Wall Balls (a “no rep” = break!)
*if you can do more than 5 consectutive strict pull-ups you must do them weighted – 20/10
