ODD: Barbell Row
EVEN: L Sit (rings, boxes, etc.)
**For the barbell row, check 12/2/15 or 2/19/16 and use whichever weight is greater, increase if possible.
Every ODD minute you will reduce the Barbell Row reps, starting with 10, then 9, etc.
On the EVEN minutes you will try to hold the L Sit for as long as possible within the minute.
