Every time you break/rest perform:
10 Hollow Rocks
10 Supermans
*SU’s – it’s 600, oh yes, yes it is. If you cannot string together SU’s yet, every 50 SU’s stop and perform the penalty.
*perform no more than 10 penalty breaks
