15 minutes:
Work up to a heavy, but solid 1 rep in the Snatch Balance
*take bar from rack and Snatch Push-Press it overhead (from behind head)

Then:
10 Minutes EMOM:
Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch
Start with a moderate weight and add load each round if possible
*Power Snatch comes from the floor, try to not dump the weight when going to the Hand Power Snatch
