Air Squat, Lunge, Ring Row, Push-Up and modifications

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP:
5 Burpees
10 Air Squats
15 Sit-ups
*record your ROUNDS & REPS

We will repeat this WOD at the end of the challenge!!
