Skill:
Pull-Up, Chin-Up, CTB & modifications

WOD:

If it’s nice out:
6 Rounds E3MOM:
Run 200m (1.5 laps)
Max Push-ups in the remainder of the 3 minutes
*if it’s not nice out, row 400m instead of the 200m run
Then:
Air Squat Challenge –
The entire group (in a circle) holds the squat in the bottom position while one person does 5 air squats – rotate until everyone has completed 5 air squats!
