Of course you can do it! CrossFit is as hard as you want it to be. There are many ways to scale a workout and our coaches will work with you to make sure your workouts are productive.
Absolutely! We’d love to introduce you to the future of fitness. Our On-Ramp program will teach you everything you need to know to get going.
Our On-Ramp program is designed to introduce you not only to the CrossFit style of fitness, but also how we run our workouts. That said, we’d be happy to go through a test-out session with you during open gym time.
Safety is our number one concern at Old Colony CrossFit, and that’s one of the reasons we want you to take our On-Ramp program. Poor technique and improper scaling will most definitely lead to injuries, but that’s fact no matter what fitness program you follow. Our coaches are here to make sure you are performing the movements correctly, with appropriate load.
You bet! Just make sure you show up a little bit early so you can fill out a waiver and meet the coach.
Open gym is a time when the gym is open, but there are no classes going on. Use this time to get in a WOD you missed, work on technique, or just hang out! Open gym is not coached.
