We are ready to kick-off the opening of OCCF with the first session of On-Ramp! Class 1 starts Wednesday, April 2 @ 5:30am.
Just a reminder that ALL SCHEDULED CLASSES at OCCF will be On-Ramp classes for the next two weeks (and we may run a third session if needed).
Now we know you’re super anxious to get through the On-Ramp program and into our regular CrossFit classes, but there’s no reason to rush since we won’t be holding regular classes until April 14 (at the earliest). So take this time to digest the information being presented to you and ask questions. And during this two week period of On-Ramp-Mania, if you think you might need a little more practice, go ahead and re-take an On-Ramp class – this is probably the only time you’ll have the opportunity to re-take an On-Ramp class in an open format.
One other thing – it’s important to work hard, but it’s equally as important to make sure you get adequate rest! We call this “recovery”. Recovery time provides your body with an opportunity to rebuild the damage you’ve done during the workouts. Proper recovery includes adequate sleep (the BEST form of recovery!) – at least 8 hours, proper nutrition, adequate hydration, stretching and time off. So, while we really want to see you in the box, we don’t want to see you 7 days in a row!!
