Barbell High Bar Back Squat: 5 x 5 (75% – 80% 1RM)
**build up to 5 WORK sets of 5 reps.
If you do not have a 1RM yet see your coach.

WOD:

Death By Burpees

EMOM: 1 burpee
**add 1 burpee every minute until you can’t complete # of reps for given minute

    Did deadlifts today instead of squats – just squatted 4 days ago. Deadlift > 5×5 @ 280#.

    Got to 14 minutes exactly on the burpee EMOM…that’s 105 burpees. OH YEAH!!
