Strength: Dumbbell/Kettlebell Ground to Overhead
*Starting this week we are going to be introducing you to the Olympic lifts – the Snatch, Clean, Jerk and the Clean & Jerk. Today we’ll work on stuff during the warm-up and then move to doing DB/KB snatches (usually called “ground to overhead”).

WOD:
Tabata 8 rounds 20s/10s of each (rest 3 minutes between Tabatas):
