Skill: 10 minutes: work on the Burgener Warm-Up drills w/ PVC, then 10 minutes to get max Double-Unders – perform 5 push-ups every minute during max DU.

3 Rounds
5 Pull-Ups
5 Burpee Broad Jumps
5 KB Snatches (each arm)
Rest 1 minute between rounds

3 Rounds:
10 GHD Back Extensions
30 seconds each: Front Plank, Side Plank, Hollow Hold
