EMOM:
2 Box Jump
1 Pull-up
*increase the reps as follows, every minute until you cannot complete reps for time
2/1, 4/2, 6/3, 8/4….

    EMOM-Made it through 10 box jumps before time ran out, then climbed down the ladder for fun.
