One partner works while the other rests; both partners must complete the # of reps on the card drawn:
Face Card = 10 reps
2 – 10 = value = # of reps
Ace = Double reps on next card flipped
Joker = 10 calorie row (each partner)
Heart = Wall Balls (20/14/8)
Diamond = Ab Mat Sit-ups
Spade = Pull-Ups (use box or kip)
Club = Box Jump (20/12)
