Team WOD:
“Calorie King”
A1 – Row 1 minute for Max Calories – partner A rows while partner B does nothing
A2 – Ball Slams x # calories
A3 – Push-Ups x # calories
B1 – Row 1 minute for Max Calories – partner B rows while partner B does nothing
B2 – KB Swings x # calories
B3 – Pull-Ups x # calories
C1 – Row 1 minute for Max Calories – partner A rows while partner B does nothing
C2 – Burpees x # calories
C3 – HSPU x # calories

Perform 2 full rounds OR work until you reach 150 calories, which ever comes first.
Both partners perform the reps for each movement, only one partner rows for calories. Alternate partners so that both of you row three times.
