With a 35# bar complete 50 Thrusters – switch as needed you MUST pass bar between each other – 5 burpee penalty each time bar hits floor
Then:
Load 100# on bar
Walk 1 lap with 100# bar
Upon completing lap perform 50 Abmat sit-ups
Walk 1 lap with 100# bar
Upon completing lap perform 50 Push-Ups against bar
Walk 1 lap with 100# bar
Upon completing lap perform 50 Deadlifts with bar
Walk 1 lap with 100# bar
