Sumo Deadlift High-Pull, 75#/45#
Box Jump, 20″ box
Push-Press, 75#/45#
Row (Calories)

1 minute at each station. Rotate to the next station when all team members have completed 1 minute of work at current station.

No rest between rounds. Running clock will be used so make sure to transition quickly for best score!
