1 mile Row – time trial, so get after it!!

10 laps Heavy Farmer’s Walk
*1 lap = bench to outside retaining wall and back
Every “Lap” complete:
10 Ring Push-Ups
20 Lunge Steps

Use HEAVY KBs or DBs!! You will use one of the DBs or KBs used for farmers walk for your lunge steps – goblet style.

    got through 8 full rounds in about 26″ with 35# KB for farmers carry and 25# plate overhead for lunges….
