Death by Burpees!!
EMOM:
Perform 1 burpee, adding a burpee every minute completed.

Finish with 3 sets of 10 GHD Back Extensions, weighted if you have been using weight.

    Phew…got to this one kinda late..brutal! 15 + 10 for a total of 132 burpees…YAAAAAAAAAAY BURPEES!!!

    After round 8, I thought this workout was easy. I completed round 13 with 1 second on the clock meaning I got 1 second of rest before I was supposed to perform 14 burpees. I got 9. burpees are exhausting!
