Then:
EMOM:
1 Power Clean
1 Thruster
Add 1 rep each minute
*use 60-70% of Thruster 1RM*

    Well, that was fun. My least favorite movement..130# 1RM, used 80# for the WOD, got 7 rounds + 5 PC.
