“Leg Crank”
3 Rounds
20s Air Squat
20s Alt. Lunges
20s Jump Squats
20s Jump Lunges
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
*Do all 4 movements back-to-back – no rest between movements!

GHD Back Extensions – 3 x 5 reps (try to use a slightly heavier load than you used last time we did 5 reps)
*rest 90s between sets
