WOD & Wine

We’re putting together a cool evening (sorry boys, ladies ONLY)…Friday February 27th, 7:30pm…WOD & WINE.

What you”ll need? A friend…and your favorite beverage…and maybe a post-WOD snack…

What we’ll do…talk about CrossFit, squash any myths & rumors then WOD…it’ll be an introductory WOD, scalable to ALLLLLL fitness levels…including NO fitness level…then we’ll WINE 😉
